Please read and understand Revving Nut Automotive's Terms & Conditions for the service you have selected. You will be required to accept these terms upon quote request. Quotes will reflect company policies and acceptance of terms will be valid should your quote proceed into a booking.
Vehicle Safety Check...
If you bring your vehicle to us we will require your vehicle for up to 3 hours to allow for fluids to cool before the checks can begin.
If our Revving Nut Technician comes out to you, the vehicle must have not been moved or switched on for at least 3 hours before checks can begin.
Our Revving Nut Technician will spend a maximum of 1 hour per vehicle.
All vehicles must be at the same location and have the same availability to qualify for 5+ cars or 10+ cars discount.
If the vehicle has not had the requested time to cool before our Revving Nut Technician arrives, there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and the vehicle is not on site, or at an alternative location, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives at the vehicle and we have been provided with incorrect vehicle information, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If the vehicle is not clean our Revving Nut Technician can refuse to inspect, therefore we request the vehicle is reasonably clean. If our Revving Nut Technician refuses, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If you need to cancel a booking, 24hours notice must be provided. Failing to inform us in time, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
Our Revving Nut Technicians are not mechanics but are trained to our company's very high standards to follow the recommendation of the vehicle manufacturer and only using branded products. Therefore the company or Revving Nut Technicians will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage/failures for any of the checks/top ups performed.

if the vehicle is within 15 road miles of LE2. Call Outs further than 15 road miles from LE2 are charged at £0.90 per mile one way additional to the service you have chosen.

if your booking exceeds £1000.00. All vehicles must be at the same location and have the same availability to qualify for this offer.
160 to 200 Point Vehicle Inspection 'PDI / Buyers Eye / End of Lease'...
If you bring your vehicle to us we will require your vehicle for up to 1 hour to complete a comprehensive vehicle inspection.
Our keen-eyed Revving Nut Technician will spend a maximum of 1 hour per vehicle.
All vehicles must be at the same location and have the same availability to qualify for 5+ cars or 10+ cars discount.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and has to wait for the vehicle to become available there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and the vehicle is not on site, or at an alternative location, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If you are the buyer, you must obtain the permission of the seller for our Revving Nut Technician to inspect, if this is not obtained, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives at the vehicle and we have been provided with incorrect vehicle information, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If the vehicle is wet/not clean our Revving Nut Technician may not see all scuffs/scratches/dents/damage/wear and tear/poor repairs and can also refuse to inspect, therefore we request the vehicle is reasonably clean and kept dry if possible. If our Revving Nut Technician refuses, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If you need to cancel a booking, 24hours notice must be provided. Failing to inform us in time, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
We cannot guarantee the genuinity of vehicle mileage, therefore recommend you perform your own vehicle checks.
Our Revving Nut Technicians are not mechanics but are trained to our company's very high standards. They will only be inspecting the vehicle and will not be able to assist with any mechanical feedback. The company or Revving Nut Technicians will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage/failures after this inspection takes place.

Fault Code Read & Diagnostics / Reset Warning Lights...

Our Revving Nut Technician will spend a maximum of 30 minutes per vehicle.
All vehicles must be at the same location and have the same availability to qualify for 5+ cars or 10+ cars discount.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and has to wait for the vehicle to become available there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and the vehicle is not on site, or at an alternative location, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives at the vehicle and we have been provided with incorrect vehicle information, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If the vehicle is not clean our Revving Nut Technician can refuse to inspect, therefore we request the vehicle is reasonably clean. If our Revving Nut Technician refuses, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If you need to cancel a booking, 24hours notice must be provided. Failing to inform us in time, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
Our Revving Nut Technicians are not mechanics but are trained to our company's very high standards. They will only be reading codes and diagnosing possible issues. Although Warning Lights can be reset, this will not cure the problem causing the light to appear. The company or Revving Nut Technicians will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage/failures after this read/reset takes place.

If you bring your vehicle to us we will require your vehicle for up to 1 hour to cleanse.
Our Revving Nut Technician will spend a maximum of 1 hour per vehicle.

If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and has to wait for the vehicle to become available there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.

If our Revving Nut Technician arrives at the vehicle and we have been provided with incorrect vehicle information, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.
If the vehicle is not clean our Revving Nut Technician can refuse to proceed, therefore we request the vehicle is reasonably clean. If our Revving Nut Technician refuses, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per vehicle.

Our Revving Nut Technicians are not mechanics but are trained to our company's very high standards. They will only be cleaning the vehicle headlights. Some marks could be beyond repair. The company or Revving Nut Technicians will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage/loss after this cleaning process has taken place.
The restoration process may leave some swirls on the surface which is to be expected but only noticeable up close. The process will remove haze and cloudiness and some marks / scratches but not all. Please do not expect it to be perfect or brand new.

Alloy Wheel Refurbishment...
If you arrange your own courier, bring your wheels to us (not fitted to vehicle or tyres) or our Revving Nut Technician comes to collect them from you we aim to turn your wheels around in 7-10 days.
If the wheels are not ready to collect when our Revving Nut Technician arrives, there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and the wheels are not on site, or at an alternative location, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per booking.
If you need to cancel a collection 24hours notice must be provided. Failing to inform us in time, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per booking.
We pass on this service to a reputable company specialising in this area, therefore Revving Nut Automotive will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to wheels, Any issues will have to be taken up with the service provider.

Brake Calliper Refurbishment...
If you arrange your own courier, bring your brakes to us (not fitted to vehicle) or our Revving Nut Technician comes to collect them from you we aim to turn your brakes around in 7-10 days.
If the brakes are not ready to collect when our Revving Nut Technician arrives, there is a Wait Time charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes.
If our Revving Nut Technician arrives and the brakes are not on site, or at an alternative location, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per booking.
If you need to cancel a collection 24hours notice must be provided. Failing to inform us in time, there is an Abort charge of £30.00 per booking.
We pass on this service to a reputable company specialising in this area, therefore Revving Nut Automotive will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to brakes, Any issues will have to be taken up with the service provider.
